Please note that DOA claims cannot be accepted after this 24-hour timeframe.
- Free Replacement: Upon verification of the DOA claim, we will provide you with a free replacement of the device. Our team will coordinate with you to arrange the pick-up of the faulty device and the delivery of the replacement.
